Troy was born and raised in South Florida. He joined the military at the age of 18 to pursue a career in air traffic control. He continued his career as an air traffic controller with the FAA for a combined total of 35 years. During this tenure, he served in many leadership and management roles. In 2014, he co-founded First Authority Realty in Sacramento, California and became a licensed REALTOR® soon thereafter. After retiring from the FAA in 2018, he continued to lead a team of real estate agents in Sacramento until he fulfilled his life-long dream of living near the beach in Mexico by moving to Cabo San Lucas in June of 2020.

Having an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong passion for helping others, Troy extended his career in real estate and founded Bajaranza Realty in Los Cabos, Mexico. He enjoys helping others achieve their dreams by guiding them through the process of buying, selling, and investing in property in Los Cabos and beyond. He is equally passionate about leading, coaching, and supporting the agents on his team by providing them with everything they need to achieve their personal and professional goals.

As a lover of the ocean, Troy obtained his Coast Guard Captain’s license in 2008. He enjoys sailing, traveling, running, reading, learning, fine dining, listening to live music, volunteering, and helping others.
